This is a opportunity for experience Real Estate Agents to get their Mortgage Loan licensing and have the potential to earn 2 commissions. 1 commission off the sale of the house and a second commission as the Mortgage Loan Originator. We provide expert mentoring from the CEO directly, incredible backend support and a lot of flexibility to run your business your way.

If you have a valid CA DRE License we offering to cover the Mortgage License Education Course so you can take the MLO exam.

Position Summary:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet their needs and sell them a home


Must have a valid California Real Estate License

Tech savvy

Organized and manages time effectively

Great communication and social skills

Past sales experience is preferred

Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

Must have a valid CA Driver's License

Education and Experience Requirements:

Four-year college degree (preferred) Strong sales and customer service abilities Self-starter Strong work ethic Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills General office skills - ability to answer and coordinate telephone calls and take written messages Ability to study material independently Strong keyboard skills and ability to type minimum 30 words per minute.

Must have a valid driver’s license.


Regular interaction with Sales Associates, prospective-home buyers and lender representatives as well as Mortgage Division staff.

Additional Requirements:


Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, typewriter, calculator, fax machine, copier, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry materials and supplies weighing 20 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
